REVIEWS

Stefan: 'Centrally located on Cape Breton Island the cottages are a great starting point for many things to do. Supermarkets are located nearby (10-15 minutes drive). Catherine offered us a very warm welcome with a cottage that has everything you need and more and is immaculate. The rooms are newly furnished, look very modern and are decorated with an eye for detail and much love. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend spending a couple of days at the shores of Lake Ainslie!"

Maria: 'If you’re looking for accommodations in the Inverness area, you have to stay at Bear Paw Cottages! The cottages are clean, the grounds are nicely maintained, and the private beach on Lake Ainslie is fantastic. There are kayaks and life jackets for guests to use, beach toys for the little ones, and beach towels are provided if you forgot yours at home. The hosts think of everything!! We stayed for a week, and wished we could have stayed longer. Our cottage was really comfortable, and fully stocked with all of the bear necessities that we needed for our stay. They even had some games and books for our little ones to enjoy. Katherine and Cameron were more than accommodating, and so friendly. A home away from home- it truly felt like we were staying with friends. Exceptional quality at a reasonable price making it a fantastic choice for travellers seeking both comfort and value. This was a perfect launch pad for our daily adventures around Cape Breton. We highly recommend staying here!'
